UniWEMA® provides complete solutions for longitudinal welding. Our range of products allows for the forming and welding of smooth and corrugated tubes, cable sheating and fiber optical cables.
Our portfolio includes 3 types of machines:
- NanoWEMA® is our model which is optimized for utmost precision. It allows manufacturing of the smallest diameters and thicknesses for a wide variety of products. It is typically equipped with a low power, high precision laser welding unit.
- MicroWEMA® is used for production of small tubes and cables and allows for higher wall thicknesses. It can be equipped with laser, TIG or CathForce welding technology.
- DeciWEMA® is our biggest machine type, mainly used to produce big power cables or tubes with a high wall thickness. At the same time, it is delivering the same, continuous high quality level as the smaller machines.
